  • 3 CNC Vertical Machining Centers measuring 40x20x20
  • CNC Plasma Table to cut iron, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals
  • 200 & 300-ton Hydraulic Gap Presses to provide uniform pressure distribution
  • Press Break to bend sheet and plate material
  • Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and Laser Services can be incorporated through partner relationships

In addition, Custom Concept Manufacturing provides rapid prototyping services with an in-house Tool Design and Program Design Specialist. Using Mastercam 2020, the leading combination CAD and CAM software, we are able to increase machining productivity and programming efficiency while reducing overall production cost. This streamlines the entire manufacturing process from job setup to completion.
